LABOURE COLLEGE MASTERPLAN

The Labouré College campus is a five acre campus in Milton with three contiguous buildings; an 1850s wood framed mansion housing administrative offices and two brick additions constructed in 1961 and 1967 with classroom, library, labs, and faculty spaces. The Masterplan includes an existing conditions and programming report with recommendations for efficiencies to maximize the current buildings and space. It also includes recommendations for reconfiguring existing spaces, relocating program, highlighting entrances and circulation, and providing opportunities for expansion.
