Seaport Circle Awarded 2023 International Architecture Awards for Commercial Building

Our team worked on transforming Parcel H at Seaport Circle into an inclusive development that contributes to the long-term goals of the South Boston waterfront. A new mixed-use life science development, Parcel H is a hybrid building / landscape that fosters opportunities for social impact, enriches the environment, and creates economic opportunities for all.

STUDIO ENÉE was the designer and architect of record of the new Seaport Circle Pavilion. This Pavilion will train the workforce from underrepresented communities providing opportunities and diversifying the life sciences industry. Community members will be able to access the pavilion through the reinvention of the Silver Line Station, creating a transit-oriented development. Read more about the award here.
