STUDIO ENÉE Completes New Health Science Center at MassBay Community College with Sasaki

We are excited for the completion this fall of the new Health Science Center at MassBay Community College. This project was designed as a collaboration between Studio Enee and Sasaki.

The 70,000-square-foot building in Framingham, MA supports Mass Bay'‘s leading health sciences programs. This includes teaching spaces for EMT, Paramedicine, Simulation, Nursing, Radiology, Sonography, and Phlebotomy, as well as Early Childhood Education and its Academic Achievement Center. The main academic spaces are organized in two bars of classrooms and labs, lined with connective informal student spaces. They double as circulation and community spaces adjacent to the main lobbies and overlook two entry courtyards.

The building is targeting Zero-Net Energy and LEED Gold Certification. Construction is by Lee Kennedy.
