Project Manager

Studio Enée is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our team and lead new construction and renovation projects for cultural, institutional, civic, and commercial clients. We are a collaborative studio dedicated to design excellence, equity, and environmental leadership. The Project Manager will be a key member of our team and will provide leadership on our projects. They will collaborate with our team, consultants, and clients. We are seeking a self-directed, energetic, and committed individual with strong leadership, design, and technical skills to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Principal-in-Charge to lead the in house team in all phases of design, documentation, coordination of consultants, construction of projects, and client interaction.

• Strong design, technical, and communication skills.

• Manage the design team and consultant teams in a collaborative way.

• Lead project execution including schedules, communications, meetings, presentations, project budgets, and contracts.

• Lead and present in meetings with clients or municipalities

• Direct and oversee technical aspects of project.

• Manage the Construction Administration process in partnership with the Project Architect.

Qualifications:

• Professional Degree in Architecture

• Experience in managing renovation and new construction projects.

• Experience with building codes, specifications, sustainable building and engineering systems.

• Professional Licensure

Project Architect

Studio Enée is seeking a Project Architect with 5-10 years of experience to join our team and lead new construction and renovation projects for cultural, institutional, civic, and commercial clients. We are a collaborative studio dedicated to design excellence, equity, and environmental leadership. The Project Architect will be a key member of our team and will provide leadership on the design development and documentation of our projects. They will collaborate with our in-house team and consultants. The Project Architect will work directly with the Project Manager and Principal. We are seeking a self-directed, energetic, and committed individual with strong leadership, design, and technical skills to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the Principal, Project Manager, and design team to produce conceptual design, programming, schematic design, design development, and construction documents.

• Creates high quality design drawings and documentation.

• Coordinates architectural and consultant drawings.

• Collaborates with Project Manager and Principal to create client and permitting presentations.

• Works in the Construction Administration process in partnership with the Project Manager and Principal.

Qualifications:

• Professional Degree in Architecture

• Ability to lead in house project team

• Experience with delivering all phases of a project

• Strong design, technical, and communication skills

• Experience with building codes, specifications, sustainable building and engineering systems

• Professional Licensure

• Software Required:

  • Revit

  • Bluebeam

  • MS Office Programs

  • Adobe Design Suite

  • Rhino
