Construction Begins @ 150 Lincoln

Set in Boston's Historic Leather District, this corner loft renovation divides the open floor plan into two bedrooms, open kitchen, and  main living space. Clerestory windows surround the bedrooms and bring in natural daylight deep into the central core. A bold piece by Carlos Mercado, a Puerto Rican artist, is prominently displayed in the open loft and served as inspiration for the design.
