Life as a Leader in Architecture - American Institute of Architects Leadership Institute

Natasha Espada was a panelist for the  American Institute of  Architects Leadership Institute's seminar titled "Life as a Leader in Architecture".  This national conference provides leadership education that empowers architects and emerging professionals towards becoming effective leaders within their firms and within the communities they serve. The annual conference virtually connected the AIA Chapters in Boston, Cleveland, Phoenix, San Antonio, and Washington, D.C. and it focused on:

• learning leadership best practices and how to apply them in professional, industry, community, communication, and design leadership

• connecting to a network of local and industry leaders who are changing the leadership dialogue

• accessing relevant content for your career and professional journey

The panel included David Saladik, director of MASS Design Group and Blake Jackson, AIA, sustainability practice leader, Tsoi/Kobus & Associates.
